Refund Policy for driver’s license testing for Colorado Spring and Aurora offices.
All driver’s license tests must be prepaid. American Driving Academy will not issue a refund to anybody that has double booked an appointment and will not issue a refund to anybody that does not give at least a 4 hour cancellation notice by a phone call to our office. No refunds will be given if you have not met the requirements to test or if you are on an interlock device and your vehicle is not road worthy. No refund will be given if you are more than 5 minutes late.
American Driving Academy will issue a refund to anybody that can not test because of dangerous road conditions caused by weather or if American Driving Academy has to cancel the appointment for any reason.
